    I came in to the store today, and surprisingly was the only customer on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. I was greeted after a few minutes, but with minimal effort, first asking if I was just going to browse, versus asking any engaging questions.When I browsed around and asked questions about a few different products, the responses were rather indifferent.After I decided on what I wanted to purchase, with again, limited interaction from the associate, he responded without enthusiasm that he'd see if they had it in stock. I get that I wasn't buying the flashiest of devises, but it's what I wanted as a customer.During the time the associate was away, the remainder of the team in the store talked about the drinks they'd get at bars on the west side of the state vs. the east side of the state. What I presume to be the manager on duty then went on to talk about what he had to tell the team regarding a sales goal or corporate initiative of some sort and that someone needed to sell something so he could give the appropriate accolades.I've purchased my prior two phones from this location and was disappointed to see the change in experience.Hopefully this was a hiccup in operations that was caused by what I'd imagine is the beginning of a stressful holiday season.

    Jesse tried for 5 minutes to convince me to leave and handle my issue over the phone with customer support. Then pretended to do something on his iPad only to tell me “weird, something wrong with your account, you have to call customer support”.Worst customer service rep I dealt with. Doesn’t seem interested in doing his job at all.

    Jesse refused to help or even act like he wanted to help my mom who just got a new cell phone from the downtown Seattle store on 4th Ave(which has FANTASTIC CS btw). He would not even get the manager on the phone.

    Poor communication of what was happening to my account. Result was $20 month increase in my bill. Not at all happy with this.
