Learn how to set up or change your AT&T ID. You’ll need it to manage accounts and services online or sign in to the AT&T or AT&T Smart Home Manager apps. 


Accounts and AT&T IDs

If you manage your accounts online at AT&T, you already have an AT&T ID. If you have more than one account, you might have more than one ID. Make sure to sign in with the ID for the account you want to manage.

You can access these accounts, services, and apps with a single AT&T ID:

  • AT&T WirelessSM, AT&T Mobile Services (like AT&T Messages), and AT&T NumberSync®
  • AT&T Internet, Internet Air, Fixed Wireless Internet, and DSL
  • Digital Phone and Landline - Home phone
  • U-verse® TV
  • AT&T Mail
  • AT&T app
  • AT&T Smart Home Manager app
