Learn when your savings will show up and where to find them on your bill.

When discounts or credits show up

Timing depends on the offer

If you met the offer requirements, you’ll usually see your discounts or credits on your next bill.

Sometimes, it can take up to two bill periods for your discounts or credits to show up. Many offers also require you to keep your service active and in good standing for a set time.

How discounts or credits show up on your bill

Each offer has its own terms that explain when and how discounts or credits appear on your bill. Common ways you’ll see offers are:

  • One-time discount or credit: After you meet the offer requirements, you’ll see the full discount or credit on one bill.
  • Monthly device discount (installment plan): Some device offers apply the discount in equal amounts each month during your installment term (often 36 months). To keep the discount, you usually need to:
    • Retain your service and keep your account in good standing for the full term. If you cancel service, you may owe the remaining balance. View your installment plan details
    • Keep the same device on the installment plan for the full term. If you upgrade or pay it off early, your discounts may stop.
  • Other discount or credit offers: Your bill will show these discounts or credits as described in the offer terms. Timing and details can vary by offer.

Where to see discounts or credits
