Account owners can get an AT&T email address for AT&T Internet, Phone, or Phone-Advanced. This email address may also be your member ID.

Create an AT&T Mail address for your service

If you didn't get an AT&T email when you signed up for your AT&T phone or internet service, you can create one.

  1. Go to your account profile.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Choose the service you're updating, then Continue.
  4. Locate Add an account and select Add.
  5. Select AT&T email from the service options.
  6. Follow the prompts to create your email address.
