Scan your face or fingerprint to quickly access your account info. Learn how to enable this functionality in the AT&T app.


Enable the AT&T app

  1. Set up face or fingerprint recognition on your device. See Device support for steps, if needed.
  2. Open the AT&T app. Compatible device and account registration required. Data and messaging rates may apply for app download and usage.
  3. Tap Manage app settings.
  4. Enable the recognition setting on your compatible device.
    • iOS devices: Face ID or Touch ID
    • Android devices: Face Unlock or Fingerprint Access.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

FYI: If you can’t use your face or fingerprint, you can enter your password to use the AT&T app.

  • You can disable face or fingerprint recognition for the AT&T app by using Manage app settings.
  • AT&T doesn’t store your unique face or fingerprint in the AT&T app. We use the function that’s included on your device.
