Set up and manage AT&T bill notifications that you receive by email or text message.


Set alert preferences

You can get email or text notifications when your bill is ready, there’s an outage, or your bill is due. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your AT&T Profile communications. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Edit next to the alert you want to receive.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Select Save, then tap Done.
  5. Update your notification preferences.
