Contact us to request a repair for a device under warranty. (This doesn’t include tablets; wearables; devices replaced by Apple, Google®, Motorola®, or Microsoft®; and Apple devices bought as new.) Call us from a device that isn’t the one giving you problems.
When you call us
We’ll schedule an appointment at a repair location near you at a time that you select. You’ll take your device to the appointment, and they’ll repair it on site.
If you don’t live close enough to a repair location or the repair appointment doesn't result in a full repair, you may be entitled to a device exchange.
