Learn how temporary suspensions impact Rollover Data and Rollover Minutes on your wireless account.

Make sure you have the right plan

If you regularly see overage charges on your bill, consider upgrading to a plan with no overage fees.

Compare or change your plan

Rollover Data

If your plan includes Rollover Data® and:

  • Your account was suspended and then restored, you can access your plan's allowance. You can also access the available Rollover Data from the prior cycle.
  • A single wireless number on an account is suspended, the remaining active numbers can access the plan's data allowance and the available Rollover Data.
  • You suspend or cancel your wireless service due to military deployment, you’ll lose any accumulated Rollover Data. Your account won't accumulate more Rollover Data during that time.

Rollover Minutes

If your plan includes Rollover Minutes®, your Current Rollover Balance will continue to age while your account is suspended. Any minutes that aren't used within 12 billing periods will expire.

  • If your wireless service is suspended due to Federal Government transfer outside of U.S., your account won’t accumulate more Rollover Minutes during that time.
  • If your account is suspended at a reduced rate for vacation, your account won’t accumulate more Rollover Minutes during that time.
  • If you temporarily cancel your wireless service due to military deployment, any accumulated Rollover Minutes will be lost. Your account won't accumulate more Rollover Minutes during that time.
  • If you suspend service due to a lost or stolen device, personal request, or non-payment, your account will continue to accumulate more Rollover Minutes.
