Calls
On the Calls tab, you can view settings related to spam call control. You can also view your call logs, manage your personal block list, report a caller, and more.
Call Routing
Important: You must have an active voice mailbox to send callers to voicemail. If you don’t, calls from numbers that aren’t on your contact list won’t go through.
- My Block List is your personal block list. You can block a number from your call log, type it in, or choose one from your contacts. If you decide you no longer want to block the number, all you have to do is unblock it.1
- Fraud calls are automatically set to Block for your protection.
- Spam calls are labeled when possible. You can allow, block or send all Spam calls to voicemail. Choose Custom to route by call category. Categories include: Telemarketers, Political, Account services, Nonprofits, and Surveys, and Other.2
- Private callers are callers who have hidden their caller ID and number. You can allow, block or send private callers to voicemail.
- My contacts are callers in your contacts. Turn on Always allow contacts to make sure they aren’t blocked or sent to voicemail.3

Device scan4 will check your apps for malware. While we identify the malware and provide a way to remove it, you have to remove it on your own. Turn on Screen Lock Detection and Root Access Detection to get alerts if you don’t have a passcode or if someone gets into your phone.4
