Find out how to check, change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.


DETAILED STEPS

For internet, TV, or digital phone service

Check your appointment online
It’s a snap to access your appointment info.
  1. Sign in to your myAT&T account.
  2. Choose the service that has an appointment:
  3. Scroll to your appointment card and update the info to change, reschedule, or cancel.
If you chose to receive text messages for repair appointments, we’ll text you a reminder on the day of your appointment. We’ll also let you know when your tech’s due to arrive.

Good to know: Want to opt in or out of getting certain messages from us? You can change your text message preferences anytime. Learn how to manage your privacy options

For traditional home phone

  1. Go to att.com/repair.
  2. Choose Home Phone.
  3. Enter your home phone number and select Continue.
  4. Select Check Trouble Report Status.
  5. Sign in with one of the following to see your appointment details:
    • Your home phone number and the last 4 digits of the account owner's Social Security number
    • The user ID and password on the account
