Error messages

  • 50001-001: Sorry, there is a problem. Please try again later. (Apple iOS & tvOS)
  • 50002-001 & 50002-002: Time for an update. You need to update your AT&T TV app to continue. (Apple iOS, tvOS, Android & Amazon Fire TV only)
  • 50003-001 & 50003-002: We can't seem to sign you in. Please connect to the internet and sign in again. (Apple iOS, tvOS, Android, Amazon Fire TV only)

Troubleshoot the AT&T TV app
