Turn parental controls on or off

Watch worry-free with parental controls. It’s easy to set up a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) to control who can watch shows with certain content ratings. Be sure to set up parental controls on every device your family uses. These settings don’t carry over from device to device.

Heads up: You can try to confirm your PIN 5 times. After that, you'll have to enter your AT&T TVSM sign-in info to continue. Can’t remember your PIN? Select Forgot PIN to reset it.
