Check your network connection
Clear AT&T TV app cache and data
- Select Settings, then System, and then Network.
- Locate your current network by finding the check mark and signal strength info next to it.
- Don’t see the check mark or want to connect to a different network? Select Rescan and select the new network.
- Having problems with your internet connection? Find out how to improve AT&T TV streaming and solve connection errors.
Clear AT&T TV app cache and data
- Select Settings, then Apps, and then Manage Installed Apps.
- Choose the AT&T TVSM app.
- Select Clear cache and Clear data from the window that appears.
