Get help with your AT&T TV device or remote

Fix AT&T TV device issues

  • Confirm your device cables are securely connected.
  • Restart your AT&T TV device. You can:
    • Press and release the red button on the side.
    • Unplug your device for at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

Check your internet connection

  1. Press Home on your AT&T TV remote.
  2. Choose Settings, then Help.
  3. Select Troubleshooting, then Run Network Diagnostics.

Fix AT&T TV remote issues

Disconnect (or unpair) your remote from the AT&T device.
  1. Press and hold the DASH (–) and APPS buttons until you see the LED lights on the remote blink blue twice.
  2. Restart your AT&T TV device by pressing and releasing the red button on the side of the device.
  3. Point the remote at your AT&T TV device and press the FAST FORWARD and REWIND buttons at the same time to pair your remote with the device.
