Fix your AT&T TV device

  • Confirm your device cables are securely connected.
  • Unplug your AT&T TV device for at least 30 seconds and plug it back in.
  • Reboot your AT&T TV device by pressing the red button on the side.
  • Check to see if there’s an issue with your internet.

Fix AT&T TV remote issues

Disconnect (unpair) your remote from the AT&T device.
  1. Press and hold the DASH (–) and DIAMOND (♢) buttons until you see the LED lights on the remote blink blue twice.
  2. Reboot your AT&T device.
  3. Point the remote at your AT&T TV device and press the FAST FORWARD and REVERSE buttons at the same time to pair your remote with the device.
