Change sign-in password

Know your password but want something different? Learn how to change your password after signing in to myAT&T or AT&T TV NOW.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

For myAT&T

  1. Go to your Profile and then Sign-in info.
  2. Select Change sign-in password.
  3. Enter and save your password info.

Good to know:
  • If you have a user ID associated with an AT&T email address, your password will be the same on att.com and currently.com. Learn more about shared passwords. 
  • Save your password on your phone if you want to use your fingerprint to sign in to the myAT&T app1 on compatible wireless phones.
  • Password vs. passcode? Your password is used with your ID to sign in to myAT&T. A passcode adds security for a specific account. Find out more about password vs. passcode. 

For AT&T TV NOW

Tip: Use Chrome or Safari on your computer for full access to setting options.
  1. Sign in to AT&T TV NOW. 
  2. Select the gearSettings icon, then Account Details. 
  3. Choose My Profile, and then select Edit next to Password.
  4. Select your security questions and answers, if prompted.
  5. Confirm your current password, provide a new password, and select Save.

  • Forgot your password? Reset it now.
  • You should change your password often and use a unique password each time for better security. Learn about our AT&T password requirements.
  • Your new password may also apply to your user ID (formerly called an AT&T Access ID).
