Go to your device’s app store:

Select the DIRECTV app and follow the prompts. Have your DIRECTV user ID and password handy for sign-in.


NBA League Pass  is a subscription-based package that delivers up to 40 live NBA regular season games per week - all in HD. The NBA action appears on Ch. 750-768  during the regular season. NBA TV can be found on Ch. 216.

NBA LEAGUE PASS packages for the regular season will not automatically renew. Get more info at directv.com/sports.


If you experience signal loss, you may be able to continue watching in HD via live stream using your home’s high speed internet connection. The on-screen display will remain until you choose to Keep Watching or the satellite signal has been restored. There is no cost for using this feature - data usage is based on your plan with your Internet Service Provider.

To use this feature when displayed:

  • Select Keep Watching on your TV display.
  • The Loading streaming content screen will display.
  • Channel streaming will begin within seconds and continue until the channel is changed. Your receiver will then attempt to load the program using satellite signal. If signal is still not available, the Keep Watching with Broadband option will display.

If you’ve scheduled an equipment installation, you can quickly view or change your appointment online.

Sign in to your directv.com account to check the time or status of your appointment. You can also change the date and time of your installation. Same day appointment changes are not available online.

To cancel an appointment, please call us at 888.316.6715.


Try these tips:

  • Check for app updates in your app store. If an update is available, install it and restart your device.
  • Check for device software updates and install.
  • Close and restart the DIRECTV app.
  • Reboot your phone or tablet.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV app.
  • Re-launch the DIRECTV app and try again.
To reinstall the DIRECTV app:
  • Go to your device’s app store:  Apple App store, Google Play store, Amazon for Android.
  • Select the DIRECTV app and follow the prompts for installation.
