Want to take off a premium add-on? If you have just one, you can remove it online. Her's how:
Good to know:
- Go to your myAT&T account overview and choose My DIRECTV.
- Under My plan, select Manage package & equipment.
- Scroll to My add-ons and select Add or remove channels.
- Choose Manage next to the channel or package you want to remove.
- Select Remove to remove the premium add-on.
If you have more than one premium channel or package, you’ll have to call or chat with us to make account changes. Contact us
