Add or remove premium channels and packages

Update your DIRECTV channels and packages. Choose from HBO Max, STARZ, SHOWTIME, Cinemax, NFL SUNDAY TICKET, and more.


Get premium channels

Sign in to myAT&T to view prices or add premium channel packages.Go

Use a device to add premium channel packages

  1. Sign in to myAT&T and choose My DIRECTV.
  2. Select Manage package.
  3. Scroll to My Add-ons and select Explore Channels.
  4. Select Add next to the channel or package you want to add and then Continue.
  5. Review your changes and Submit order.

Send a text message to add premium channels or packages

  1. Using the phone number listed on your DIRECTV account, send a text to 223322.
  2. Enter one of these codes in the body of the message and send.
    • HBO® or HBO MaxTM code: HBO or HBO Max
    • STARZ® code: STARZ
    • SHOWTIME® Unlimited code: SHOWTIME
    • Cinemax® code: CINEMAX
    • SPORTS PACK code: SPORTS PACK. Check out the entire SPORTS PACK channel lineup. Use our lookup tool to find the sports networks available in your region.
    • Codes for sports packages like NFL SUNDAY TICKET, MLB EXTRA INNINGS, NBA LEAGUE PASS, NHL CENTER ICE, and more: SPORTS. Later in the process, you’ll have a chance to confirm which sports package you want to activate.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm your activation and you're done!

Remove a premium channel or package

Want to take off a premium add-on? If you have just one, you can remove it online. Here's how:
  1. Sign in to myAT&T and choose My DIRECTV.
  2. Select Manage package.
  3. Scroll to My add-ons, locate the premium add-on you want to remove and select Manage.
  4. Select Remove to remove it or Keep if you change your mind.
Good to know: If you have more than one premium add-on, you may need to call or chat with us to remove them. Contact us
