Still don’t see your channel after you confirm it’s part of your package? Refresh your service and then restart your receiver to get the most current program info. This will interrupt your service for a few minutes.Refresh your service
Restart your receiver
- Go to your myAT&T account overview and choose My DIRECTV.
- Select Manage package.
- Under My equipment, select Refresh receiver.
- Unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
- Press Power on the front of your receiver. Wait for your receiver to come back on.
- Refresh your service again.
