If you subscribe to the channel and the error still displays, refreshing your service may fix it.Refresh your service
Restart your receiver
- Go to your Account Overview and choose My DIRECTV.
- Select Manage package.
- Under My equipment, select Refresh receiver.
- Unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
- Press the red button on your receiver. Wait for your receiver to restart.
- Refresh your service again.
