Learn about accounts and user IDs

You can use a single ID to sign in and manage many accounts using myAT&T. However, some accounts must have a unique ID.

Accounts that can share an ID

You can manage these accounts and services with a single ID:
  • Wireless
  • DIRECTV (excludes DIRECTV® accounts still managed at directv.com)
  • AT&T TVSM
  • AT&T TV NOWSM (sign in at atttvnow.com)
  • U-verse TV
  • WatchTVSM
  • AT&T Internet, Fixed Wireless Internet, or DSL
  • Digital Phone
  • Landline - Home phone
  • AT&T Mail
  • AT&T Mobile Services (like AT&T Messages)
  • NumberSyncSM for wearables

If you manage your accounts using myAT&T or at atttvnow.com, then you already have a user ID (once called an AT&T Access ID). Can't remember your ID or password? Find it now.

If you have more than one account, you might have more than one ID. Make sure to sign in with the ID for the account you want to manage. Learn how to combine IDs.

DIRECTV accounts that that haven't moved to att.com are managed at directv.com.

AT&T PREPAID accounts
Use your 10-digit wireless number for AT&T PREPAIDSM to sign in and manage your account.

Digital Life accounts
Select Login on AT&T Digital Life® Home.
