You can order a new or replacement remote control by signing into your DIRECTV account. If you manage your DIRECTV account on att.com, follow the myAT&T instructions below.
If you sign in to directv.com to manage your account, follow the instructions for directv.com users.
Online at myAT&T
- Go to Account Overview and select My DIRECTV.
- Select Manage Package.
- Scroll to My Equipment and select Order, setup or return > Order a remote.
- Choose the number of remotes needed and Add it to your cart.
- Select Continue to review and Submit order.
myAT&T mobile app
- Open the myAT&T app on your mobile device.
- Select Manage DIRECTV package.
- Select View or change package.
- Scroll to My equipment and tap Order, set up or return.
- Select Order a remote, choose your remote type and Add it to your cart.
- Select Continue to review your cart and Submit order.
Online at directv.com
- Sign in to your DIRECTV account.
- From My Account, select My Equipment.
- Select Order New Accessories.
- Find your remote and select Add to cart.
- Review your order and select Check out.
