Many issues, including missing channels, can be fixed by refreshing and reauthorizing your receiver. To refresh:
- Go to myAT&T account overview and select My DIRECTV.
- Choose Manage Package then Manage receivers.
- Select Refresh receiver.
- Wait 5 minutes. Your DIRECTV service may be interrupted during the refresh process.
After 5 minutes, if refreshing didn’t fix the problem, try restarting your receiver by pressing the red reset button. Learn more about restarting your DIRECTV receiver
