When your account payment is past due, an on-screen message appears: To pay your bill, see att.com/ext203 or call 800-531-5000, ext. 203.

To resolve this issue and restore full DIRECTV service, please pay the outstanding balance. Learn how to view and pay your bill.

If your service is not restored within two hours of making a payment, try the following:
