Manage your repair appointment

Find out how to check, change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.




For internet, TV, or digital phone service

  1. Go to Troubleshoot and Resolve.
  2. Sign in with your billing account number and ZIP Code.
  3. Update the info to change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment.

If you chose to receive text messages for repair appointments, we’ll text you a reminder on the day of your appointment. We’ll also let you know when your tech’s due to arrive and give you a link to our Tech Tracker tool.

For traditional home phone

  1. Go to
  2. Select Home Phone.
  3. Enter your home phone number and select Continue.
  4. Select Check Trouble Report Status.
  5. Sign in with one of the following to see your appointment details:
• Your home phone number and the last 4 digits of the account owner's Social Security number
• The user ID and password on the account
