View bill credits, adjustments, or discounts

Find an AT&T credit or adjustment on your bill. It may take up to 2 months for it to appear on your bill.

Credits or adjustments

  1. Go to your bill.
  2. Choose the service you want to view.
  3. Select the desired bill period if you want to view an older bill.
  4. Look under Previous activity and expand it to view the online version of the paper bill.

Good to know: 
  • If you have current credits or adjustments, look under Payments & credits in the Make a payment section of your bill. Then, select View details.
  • Want to view on your paper bill? It’s easy. Just look in the Account summary section on your printed bill.
  • It may take up to 2 months before applied adjustments or credits appear on your bill.

Bundled services discount

To view your eligible bundled services discounts for your TV and internet service:
  1. Go to Profile and select Sign-in info.
  2. Scroll down and select View customer service summary & terms of service (PDF).

Promotions

View promo details
In the monthly charges section of your bill, you’ll find promo info. Just look for a:
  • Single-line display that shows you only the net amount of the regular rate minus the discount
  • Multi-line display that shows you:
    • The product and its regular rate on 1 line
    • The product plus the promo description and a credit amount on a second line
See when your promo expires
If you have TV, internet, or phone service, look under Bill charges.
