To get to your video bill, you can:
- Check your email for a direct link.
- Go to My bill, then select Take a video tour under Bill total.
: You’ll only see a link if a video is ready. You may get another bill video if you change your service, plan, or add-ons and have prorated charges. Non-wireless accounts
If you have DIRECTV, U-verse®
TV, AT&T Internet, Fixed Wireless Internet, Digital Phone, or a combined bill:
- We’ll email you a direct link to your first video bill.
- We’ll send you another link when the video for your second bill is ready.
- Once the second video is ready, you can’t access the first one anymore.
- We may send you another bill video if you change your service, plan, or add-ons and have prorated charges.
