Check order or trade-in return status

Find out when your order ships. You can also track your device or equipment trade-in return.

  1. Go to My orders.
  2. Do one of the following to see your recent orders:
    • Search for your order.
    • Sign in to myAT&T.
  3. Find the order you want to check. If you want to track your trade-in return, select View trade-in details.

Online trade-in returns

Find everything you need to know about your online trade-in return on the order status page. From here, you can:
  • Get the status and track your returned device.
  • Check your estimated trade-in value.
  • Locate your trade-in number.
  • Learn about next steps.
  • Request a shipping kit or reprint your shipping label.

  • Ask us to text you: Enter *6737# (*ORDR#) on your phone's keypad and press the phone icon to send. Follow the prompts.
  • Use our automated system: Call 877.782.8870 and follow the prompts.
  • View orders placed at Go to the Apple Order Status page and follow the prompts.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships. 
  • Pre-ordered devices ship on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Backordered devices ship when they're available.
