Run a system test

This error occurred because your receiver wasn’t able to download the guide information from the satellite for more than 3 hours.

You can run a system test to find out why:

Select MENU on your remote control.
Select Settings.
Select Info & Test.
Select Run System Test. This may take a few minutes.

Selecting the correct satellite dish for your receiver

If you see an error message that includes the number 82 or 83, your receiver is configured for the incorrect satellite dish. You can fix this by doing the following:

Select MENU on your remote control.
Select Settings.
Select Satellite.
Select Repeat Satellite Setup.
Select the DASH button on your remote control.
Select Dish Type.
- If the error message included the number 82, set the receiver to 03: Slimline-3.
- If the error message included the number 83, set the receiver to 04: Slimline-5.
Select Continue.
Please wait a few minutes for your receiver to verify the new dish configuration.
