U-verse TV price changes for 2022

We're making several adjustments to pricing for U-verse TV packages starting January 23, 2022. You'll see the new pricing on your bill.

DETAILED INFO

U-verse TV packages

Due to increased programming costs, we’re adjusting the price of our video packages. Periodically, TV network owners increase the fees they charge AT&T for the right to broadcast their movies, shows, and sporting events. In addition, this year we have experienced higher-than-normal inflation across our suppliers.

Heads up:
  • Have a U-verse® TV introductory offer? You'll keep that discount until it expires. Once your offer period ends, you’ll pay the new price for your package.
  • If you change your package, you may not be eligible for certain discounts anymore.

U-verse TV – Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee

Starting on January 23, 2022, your monthly Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee will increase from $0.08 to $0.12 per month.

It covers regulatory fee expenses that U-verse TV pays to the Federal Communications Commission. Plus, the fee may include outstanding regulatory costs incurred in prior years that are not yet fully recovered. The fee isn’t a tax or surcharge that the government requires U-verse TV to collect if you have a U-verse TV account.
