with error 617, 618, or 619 on your TV screen? If so, it means one of your receivers lost connection. Follow the prompts on your TV to start troubleshooting, which include:
- Check the connecting cables on your main Genie receiver for a tight fit.
- Press and release the red button quickly to restart the receivers. (Heads up: This will disrupt your service for a few minutes.)
