Here's how to find your customer service summary.

With the myAT&T app

  1. Go to your myAT&T account. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Tap View your current bill.
  3. Scroll to Manage settings and select View my Customer Service Summary.

From a browser

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll to Billing and select Customer service summary.

We alert you to all changes

Did you make changes to your plan or features? You’ll get an updated customer service summary within 48 hours in one of these ways:

  • Online at myAT&T
  • Email or text, if we have your email address or text permissions on file
  • By U.S. mail, in 7-10 days
