Sign in to Troubleshoot & Resolve, to find out if there is an outage in your specific area. If there’s not, learn how to troubleshoot problems or initiate a repair report.Check it
Reset your modem or gateway
If you're having connectivity issues and not an outage, sometimes a system reset will get you going again. Reset the receiver by holding down the POWER button on the front of the receiver for 10 seconds. The reset takes 5 to 8 minutes. If you have multiple receivers, reset your wireless gateway by unplugging it from its power source. Wait a few minutes, then plug it back in.
