Schedule an automatic virus scan

AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee allows you to scan your computer automatically or create and perform your own virus scan.

To schedule an automatic virus scan, follow the steps below:

1. Start Internet Security Suite.
2. Select the padlock and enter your profile password.
3. From the drop-down menus, select the frequency for your scan:
   • Weekly: This option runs a scan on one specific day each week.
   • Monthly: This option runs a scan on one specific day of each month.
   • Never: This option disables the scheduled scan (not recommended).
4. Select the padlock again to lock in your changes.
