Reset your password to connect to an AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spot

Have our internet service? Use your AT&T ID and password to connect to our Wi-Fi hotspots. We can help reset your password if needed.

Password reset

Enter your contact email address and last name. Then, get a temporary password.

Good to know

  • Is your email address your AT&T ID? Or did you link your email address to your ID? If so, changing your email password also updates your user ID password. Learn more about shared passwords
  • Be sure you don’t use your temporary password to sign in to the Wi-Fi.
  • It can take up to five minutes for your new password to work.
