Block or unblock an email address

Don’t want emails from a specific sender? Blocking and unblocking addresses is easy.

How to block or unblock an email address

From your webmail inbox:

  1. Select the gear Mail Gear Icon, then More Settings.
  2. Choose Security and privacy and do one of the following:
    • To block: Select +Add, enter an email address, then choose Save.
    • To unblock: Select a blocked email address, then select the trash can.

  • When you block an email address, your AT&T Mail account deletes messages sent to you from that account.
  • You'll never see emails from blocked accounts in your inbox or any other email folders, including Spam and Trash.
