Before you begin
- Make sure to create a subaccount for the user you want to manage.
- After you’ve created a subaccount, set up a voicemail box for the subaccount user.
Set up voicemail user permissions for Digital Phone
- Go to User Permissions Setup Wizard.
- Check the box next to the subaccount user’s name for each group of features you want to assign.
- Select Save.
