What should I do with my AT&T TV device if I cancel my service?
  • If you cancel service within 14 days of getting the device or the shipment date (date depends on the delivery method), here’s how to send the device back to us.
  • If you cancel service after 14 days, the device is yours. Keep in mind, if you bought it on an installment plan, you’ll have to pay the outstanding balance immediately.
