How do I reset or troubleshoot issues with my MicroCell?
To troubleshoot your AT&T MicroCell®, try the following:
  • Move the MicroCell to a new location to make sure it’s getting the best signal.
  • Restart the MicroCell and make sure the lights are solid green.
