Get your network info

Wi-Fi gateway

Look for the sticker with the original Wi-Fi® settings on the side of your gateway.
  • The Wi-Fi name is labeled Wi-Fi Network Name.
  • The Wi-Fi password is labeled Wi-Fi Password.

You can also get your network info from a computer or device connected to your Wi-Fi network. This method comes in handy if you or someone else changed your Wi-Fi name or password.

With the Pace 5268, you may have multiple network names for each band being used: 2.4GHz, 2.4GHz Guest, 5.0GHz, and 5.0GHz Guest.
  1. Go to your gateway settings.
  2. Scroll to Status.
  3. Locate the Wi-Fi section.
    • Your Wi-Fi network name appears next to Network Name (SSID).
    • The Wi-Fi password is labeled Password.
