Follow the steps to successfully reboot your Wi-Fi gateway and get your service back online.

Reboot Gateway Card
DETAILED INFO

Gateway reboot

  1. Shut down your computer.
  2. Locate the Reset button on the rear of the gateway, located beside the power input.
  3. Press and hold the button for 3 - 4 seconds.
