You can use a single ID to sign in and manage many accounts using myAT&T. However, some accounts must have a unique ID.


Accounts that can share an ID

You can manage these accounts and services with a single ID:
  • Wireless
  • DIRECTV® (excludes DIRECTV accounts still managed at
  • U-verse TV
  • WatchTVSM
  • HBO MaxTM
  • AT&T Internet, Fixed Wireless Internet, or DSL
  • Digital Phone
  • Landline - Home phone
  • AT&T Mail
  • AT&T Mobile Services (like AT&T Messages)
  • NumberSyncSM for wearables

If you manage your accounts using myAT&T, then you already have a user ID (once called an AT&T Access ID). Can't remember your ID or password? Find it now

If you have more than 1 account, you might have more than 1 ID. Make sure to sign in with the ID for the account you want to manage. Learn how to combine IDs
