Access portal features
FYI: You need a member ID to access and manage features in the phone portal. Don’t have one yet? Learn how to get a member ID
- Go to the AT&T phone portal. Sign in with your member ID.
- Review your portal options.
- Voicemail: Listen to, forward, and organize your received voicemail messages.
- Features: Call Forwarding, Call Filtering (including Call Protect logs and Call Blocking), Do Not Disturb, Call Waiting, and outgoing phone call settings.
- Call History: See all of your incoming and outgoing calls and search for past calls. Block unwanted callers.
- Address Book: Manage your contacts.
- Voicemail Settings: Manage how your voicemail inbox settings are configured.
- Select any tab to view and manage the available options and features.
