About voicemail

Note: This article applies to AT&T local home phone service. Don't have traditional phone service? Select Digital Phone or wireless.

Voicemail service allows you to receive messages in a personal voicemail box where you can easily listen to, save or erase your messages. If you have new messages, you'll hear an intermittent dial tone when you pick up your phone. If your phone has a message indicator light, it'll blink when you have new messages. You can also use sub-mailboxes to keep messages for family members separate.
