Manage your install or repair appointment

Check, change, or cancel your appointment. Plus, learn how to get ready for a new service installation.

DETAILED STEPS

Get ready for your new service

We want your installation to be as stress-free as possible.
  • Make sure someone 18 or older is available for the entire installation. It usually takes about four hours.
  • Don’t cancel your current service until we install your new service
  • The field tech will activate your service and show you how to use your new equipment
  • Our field techs can’t move TVs or furniture, so make sure wall outlets and other areas are easy to access
