- Sign in to your myAT&T account.
- Choose the service that has an appointment:
- Scroll to your appointment card and update the info to change, reschedule, or cancel.
If you chose to receive text messages for repair appointments, we’ll text you a reminder on the day of your appointment. We’ll also let you know when your tech’s due to arrive.
Good to know: Want to opt in or out of getting certain messages from us? You can change your text message preferences anytime.
