AT&T Real-Time Text billing and usage

Billing for AT&T Real-Time TextSM is based on the voice usage for smartphones. There is no fee for the application itself.1

Note: AT&T Accessibility Smartphone plans now include unlimited voice usage.

Domestic calls
AT&T Real-Time Text calls are billed as voice airtime or as usage charges when calling to the U.S., Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. This applies when you are traveling abroad and call a U.S. number.

International calls
Any call made to an international number using AT&T Real-Time Text will be billed as international long-distance rates based on your smartphone plan or international long-distance package. This applies no matter where the call originates.

Bill presentation
A summary of calls made using AT&T Real-Time Text will be included in the Voice Usage Summary section of your bill. The call detail section of your statement will provide the rate code RTT for each call made with the AT&T Real-Time Text service.
