Once your AT&T ID is created, sign in to complete your account profile and start managing your services online.
You may be asked to add:
- Extra security using an account passcode
- Payment details
- Communication preferences
Use your ID to securely pay your bills. You can also use it to access and manage your account and services online.
If you recently signed up for service, we’ll send you an email or text to help you create your AT&T ID and link your account. The link is valid for 30 days.
You can also create your ID online to link to your account. If you already have an AT&T ID, sign in with it so you can link your new service to it.
To help keep your account secure, we may send a verification code to the email or cell phone number you provided. Make sure you enter the verification code when asked. If you didn’t get the code, choose Get a new code or Use a different email.
If you get a message stating that ID already exists, it means that an ID is already set up with that email address.
