Get help with AT&T OneConnect

Enjoy both wireless and internet service from AT&T with one flat-rate subscription.

OneConnect details

AT&T OneConnect1 gives you AT&T WirelessSM and internet services on a subscription-based plan. This means you can choose the best plan to fit your needs at a set monthly price with taxes and fees included.

To get a plan, you must be at an eligible AT&T fiber home internet address. Then you can bring unlocked, eSIM-compatible devices for your wireless service. Want to transfer your number from your current provider? No problem, we can help with that.

FYI: If you also have an active AT&T Wireless account, you’re eligible if your device is paid off, unlocked, and you’re willing to change your phone number. Otherwise, you’re not eligible for this service right now.

Ready to get started?

  1. Go to att.com/oneconnect.
  2. Enter your address to confirm fiber home internet availability.
  3. Choose your plan.
    • Individual: 1 phone and up to 3 tablets or watches with up to 1 Gig fiber home internet
