No. AT&T OneConnect plans don’t require an annual contract. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your service will stay active through the end of your current subscription period. It won’t renew for the next subscription period. What devices can I add to my plan under AT&T OneConnect at no extra cost? Your plan includes a set number of connected devices (wireless connections - like phones, tablets, or watches), based on the plan you choose. Optional add-ons and device feature upgrades aren’t available with this subscription. Are plans under OneConnect available for businesses? No. AT&T OneConnect is for personal use only. Business accounts aren’t eligible. Can I get a new phone with a plan under AT&T OneConnect? No. With AT&T OneConnect, you bring your own devices. You’ll have to activate an eSIM-compatible phone you already own. AT&T Installment Plans, device deals, promotions, and trade-in offers aren’t available with this subscription. How does AT&T keep me connected everywhere in the U.S.? AT&T OneConnect is designed to help you stay connected at home and on the go. At home, you use fiber home internet from AT&T (where available). Away from home, you use your eligible wireless device anywhere in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. What’s the right plan if I live alone or have a family? Choose a plan based on how many people and devices you need to connect. AT&T OneConnect offers options for individuals, couples, and families. Can I set up the internet myself? Some addresses are eligible for self-setup. Others need a technician, based on the location. 1. Start your AT&T OneConnect order. 2. Enter your service address. We'll let you know if you can set up yourself or if a technician visit is needed. Is the one subscription lower than paying for separate wireless and fiber? It can be. Your total cost depends on the wireless and internet plans you have today. AT&T OneConnect bundles services into one subscription with simple pricing. Are there device deals or trade‑in credits for new customers? No. AT&T OneConnect doesn’t have device deals, promotions, or trade-in credits. Do I need good credit to sign up? No. There’s no credit check and no deposit required to sign up. Can I keep my current phone number from another provider if I switch? Yes. You can keep your current number when you sign up. 1. Choose the option to transfer your number during checkout. 2. Enter the info from your current carrier (such as your account number and transfer PIN, if required). 3. Keep your current service active until the transfer completes. Does AT&T cover my early termination fees from my current provider? No. AT&T OneConnect doesn’t cover early termination fees or offer switching credits. How do I transfer my home internet from another provider to AT&T? You don’t need to transfer service from your current provider. If fiber home internet from AT&T's available at your address, we’ll set up new service. 1. Check that AT&T fiber home internet is available at your address during sign-up. 2. Schedule installation (or self-setup, if eligible). 3. Contact your current provider to cancel service when you’re ready. How do I manage everything under one subscription? You manage AT&T OneConnect online through your AT&T account. You can view services, manage AutoPay, check order status, and find payment receipts in one place. Can I add wireless to my current fiber plan and get this one subscription? No. AT&T OneConnect can’t be added to an existing AT&T Fiber plan. It’s available as a new, standalone subscription. How can I get internet added and get it at $90? AT&T OneConnect can’t be added to an existing plan. To get the $90 price, you must sign up as for a new AT&T OneConnect plan where 1 Gig AT&T fiber home internet is available. Can I move my existing AT&T wireless numbers when I move to OneConnect? No. Existing AT&T wireless numbers and lines can’t be moved into AT&T OneConnect. I have wireless lines and fiber. Can I change my plan to OneConnect? No. Existing AT&T Fiber and wireless plans can’t be converted to AT&T OneConnect. This subscription is for new customers only. Can I switch to AT&T OneConnect if I already have AT&T Internet? No. Existing AT&T Internet service can’t be transferred to AT&T OneConnect. To get AT&T OneConnect, you’ll need to sign up for new service (where eligible). I have AT&T Internet Air, will I qualify for OneConnect? No. AT&T OneConnect requires 1 Gig AT&T fiber availability. If you have Internet Air, you won't be eligible at this time. I have AT&T wireless, will I qualify for OneConnect? Yes, in some cases. If you have AT&T wireless service, you must: - Pay off any current AT&T Installment Plans - Bring and activate your own eSIM-compatible phone or device for each line on your new plan. - Request a new phone number __Note:__ Existing AT&T wireless numbers can’t be transferred into AT&T OneConnect. What features are eligible under the OneConnect plan? AT&T OneConnect doesn’t support paid add-on features (for example: international add-ons, device protection, Next Up). Do I get a discount for AutoPay if I get a plan under OneConnect? No. AutoPay is required for AT&T OneConnect, and the price already includes any eligible discounts. Where can I get my billing slip or statements? AT&T OneConnect doesn’t provide a traditional monthly bill. Instead, you’ll see payment receipts in the [payment center](https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/mypaymentcenter "Link opens in new window") in your AT&T online account. Why was I charged for AT&T OneConnect before my internet installation was completed? AT&T OneConnect is paid in advance. Your payment is processed when you activate one wireless line and schedule installation (where self-setup isn’t available), even if installation happens later.
