[Bill & account](https://www.att.com/support/my-account/) # Make an AT&T Prepaid payment Learn how to make an online payment or pay by phone for your AT&T Prepaid account. * * * OnlineOnlineBy phoneBy phone ### Set up your AT&T Prepaid account First time signing in to your AT&T Prepaid® account? Here’s how to set up your account: 1. Go to the [account registration](https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/registration/selectServices "Link opens in a new window") page. 2. Select __Prepaid Wireless__. 3. Enter your 10-digit AT&T wireless number to get a temporary password. 4. Follow the prompts to complete your online profile. 5. Select __Manage Prepaid account__ to create your account PIN and set up an answer to a security question. ### Credit card, debit card, or checking account There’s a $10 minimum payment for debit and credit cards. 1. Sign in to your [AT&T Prepaid account](https://www.att.com/signin "Link opens in a new window"). 2. Select __Manage Prepaid account__, then __Make a Payment__. 3. Choose credit card, debit card, or checking account, and select __Pay__. 4. Enter the amount you want to pay and select __Continue__. 5. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. ### AT&T Prepaid card 1. Sign in to your [AT&T Prepaid account](https://www.att.com/signin "Link opens in a new window"). 2. Select __Manage Prepaid account__, then __Make a Payment__. 3. Scroll to __AT&T Prepaid Refill Card__ and enter the __Prepaid PIN__ from the back of the card. 4. Select __Continue__. You'll see a payment confirmation. ### Pay without signing in 1. Select the __Quick pay__ icon on the [AT&T Prepaid](https://www.att.com/prepaid/ "Link opens in a new window") page. 2. Enter an amount and the AT&T Prepaid number, then select __Continue__. 3. Follow the prompts to complete the payment. ### AutoPay Set up AutoPay for automatic payments. AutoPay can save you up to $15 per month on an AT&T Prepaid unlimited monthly plan. Taxes may change without prior notice. ### Text to pay Have a debit or credit card saved to your account? Just text the word __PAY__ to __7777__ to make a payment. Want to add a card? Here’s how: 1. Sign in to your [AT&T Prepaid account](https://www.att.com/signin "Link opens in a new window"). 2. Select __Manage Prepaid account__, then __Profile & settings__. 3. Choose __Payment options__, then __New credit or debit card__. 4. Enter your card details and select __Add card__. ### Use our automated phone service Call __611__ from your AT&T Prepaid phone or call __800.901.9878__ from another phone. __FYI:__ There’s a $5 convenience fee to pay by automated phone system or with an agent. This applies to one-time credit, debit, eCheck, PayPal®, or AT&T Prepaid Refill card payments. 1. Say __Payment__ at the main menu. 2. Select __Make a payment__. 3. Choose either debit card or credit card. 4. Follow the prompts to complete your payment. ### Use Star Services Dial __\*888* + PIN number + #__ (for example, \*888\*1234567899874#).
